Refund Policy

What if a customer project or work is not meeting their current expectations? 

We will refund the customer their money back if they are not satisfied with the contractors work or performance. There will be a case or work performance investigation before the money is refunded back to the customer. The process for refund is identified below.

3. Stage 3 Final Offers and Evidence
4. Stage 4 Arbitration
