User SignUp

There are two ways to sign up.

• Customer Sign Up (Instant Approval)
• Contractor Sign Up (Contractor will go through an approval process, the contractor needs to be approved by the admin before using Buzz2Serv, the contractor will go through a check before they are approved)

1. Please sign up as a Customer or Contractor
2. Once you signup as a Contractor or Customer.
3. Please verify the account using  the OTP code from the email that was used when you signup for the account.
4. Once verified, start using your Buzz2Serv Account

Login

The account should allow you to login seamlessly once you have the correct username and password entered in the website 

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password for some reason, please use the forgot password link to initiate a password reset. 

Once this process is initiated, please check your email to reset your password.
The email should allow you to reset your password. Please make sure to check. your junk/spam folder for an email just in case if it is not already in your inbox. 

Contractors Signup Steps for Adding Services 

Once the contractor has signed up, they will have to wait to be approved by the administrator. 

Once approved the contractor can setup/upload pictures of their products and services online. 

Contractors must user their dashboard to setup therir service. 

Steps to completing the profile and making your account active for customers

1. Sign up on Buzz2serv as a contractor by accepting terms of use.
2. Get Approved by Admin (Note: if its more than 48 hours and your are not approved, please contact buzz2serv support team).
3. Go to Service Dashboard and complete profile.
4. Go to Dashboard and setup service offering such as price, service type and add pictures from the service option of the dashboard. 
5.  Your profile is ready for customers.

Installing Gutter Guards: Starts at $250

Remodeling a basement: Starts at $10,000
