 How to Use Buzz2Serv

Welcome to Buzz2Serv! Whether you're a Customer or a Contractor, getting started is simple. Follow the steps below to sign up, log in, and use your account effectively.


 User Sign Up

Buzz2Serv offers two types of sign-ups:

1. Customer Sign-Up

2. Contractor Sign-Up

 Choose your role and complete the sign-up form.
 After signing up, check your email and enter the OTP code to verify your account.
 Once verified, you’re ready to start using Buzz2Serv!


 Login


 Forgot Password

Forgot your password? No worries:

  1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
  2. Check your email inbox for a reset link.
  3. Reset your password and log in.

 Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder if the reset email doesn’t show up in your inbox.


 Contractor Guide: Getting Started

Once you're signed up and approved, follow these steps to set up your services and activate your profile.

 Steps to Add Services

  1. Sign Up as a Contractor
    • Agree to the Terms of Use during sign-up.
  2. Wait for Approval
    • Admin approval is required before accessing your dashboard.
    •  If more than 48 hours pass without approval, contact support.
  3. Complete Your Profile
    • Log in and go to the Service Dashboard.
    • Fill out your business profile and upload any necessary details.
  4. Add Services
    • Navigate to the Service Setup section in your dashboard.
    • Add:
      • Service name
      • Pricing
      • Service type
      • Photos of your work or products

 Once completed, your profile will be visible to customers on Buzz2Serv.
