What if a customer’s project or work does not meet their expectations?
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with the contractor’s work or performance, we will process a refund. However, before issuing any refund, an investigation into the work performance will take place. Below is the process for requesting and receiving a refund:
Refund Process:
Stage 1: Identifying the Issue

Research the case and gather information from both parties.

Collect proof/evidence from each party involved.
Stage 2: Negotiations

Facilitate negotiations between both parties to reach an agreement.

Work toward resolving the issue in a fair and timely manner.
Stage 3: Final Offers and Evidence

Present the final offer(s) to both parties based on gathered evidence.

Review the resolution and make final offers.
Stage 4: Arbitration

If both parties cannot agree, the dispute will go into arbitration.

If a resolution is reached, the refund will be processed and issued.
